At Forte Forty, your privacy is treated with the same care and discretion we apply to every thread we weave. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
When you place an order or create an account, we collect personal details necessary to fulfill your purchase. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number.
We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All payment transactions are securely processed through our certified payment partners — PayPal and Stripe — who maintain their own strict privacy standards.
We may also collect anonymous browsing data (such as pages visited, time on site, and device type) using standard analytics tools to improve your experience.
Your personal information is used exclusively to process and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to inquiries, and — with your consent — send you curated updates about new collections and seasonal launches.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session, preserve your cart contents, and authenticate your account securely. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our patrons interact with our site.
You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that disabling cookies may affect certain features of the site.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our site operates over HTTPS with SSL encryption on all pages.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Forte Forty account.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also object to certain types of processing or request that we restrict how we use your data.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
We use the following third-party services to operate our website:
Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
